Grateful for the new strengths!

But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.
Isaiah 40:31 NLT

Everyone, at some point in our lives have the need to renew our strengths. The strengthen us is essential to move forward and achieve our goals. Being strong is needed to fly high, running, and even just walking. But the real strength is not the product of good intentions, motivational talks or the capacity for self-renewal; it is the results of completely trust in the Lord. He strengthens us through the prayer, reading His Word, praise or worship that we give to him; he may also renew our strength through the wise advice of a friend, or simply by allowing that someone listen us attentively; In short, God is not limited to give us the necessary strength to fly, run or walk. —Thank you Lord for the new strengths that you give me!
