Thankful for my health!

Don’t be impressed with your own wisdom. Instead, fear the Lord and turn away from evil. Then you will have healing for your body and strength for your bones.
Proverbs 3:7-8 NLT

Someone once told me, “the purpose of the exercise is not to live longer, but to live better.” Taking care of their health for many represents a great challenge, and this not because they don’t love themselves but simply for lack of discipline; although there are cases of self-destructive behavior, that obeying his own “wisdom” do what they want with their body, without realizing that at the end it will end by charging them the bill. We must learn to eat, to rest, to think and exercise to be healthy, and serving the Lord in a better way; and if necessary, let us ask help to achieve it. —Thank you Lord for my health!
