“Even youths will become weak and tired, and young men will fall in exhaustion. But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.

Isaiah 40:30-31 NLT

The true strength of a person is not in his youth, his muscles or his experience. A person is really strong when he places all his trust in God.

Interestingly being strong in God, is not a final stage reached in life, period. Being strong in the Lord is something dynamic, is a continuous life renewal, is a “Now, but not yet.”

Someone strong in the Lord reaches its full potential, raise his or her life to unimaginable heights.

Tiring and exhaustion in mid-career are indicators to reflect on where we are placing our trust.

Trust in the Lord strengthens us to keep moving, always running forward; without being exhausted or faint, in the race to which we have been called by God.
