Someone will take the place!
“Then all the trees finally turned to the thornbush and said, ‘Come, you be our king!’ And the thornbush replied to the trees, ‘If you truly want to make me your king, come and take shelter in my shade. If not, let fire come out from me and devour the cedars of Lebanon.’”
Judges 9:14-15 NLT
Abusive, unfair or exploitative leadership is not necessarily the consequence that there are no good leaders; men or women able to give vision and direction to teams.
A person who has the skills and the right attitude to lead effectively; can be excused, putting their good results achieved individually, instead the group or organizational benefits or accomplishments.
However, the indifference to use their leadership potential, even end up affecting their personal success, because, ” When the right people refuse to lead, the wrong people will take their place.”
