I’m good!

We deceive ourselves into believing that «we are good”, simply because we do not hurt anyone or because we’re not involved in enmity with anyone.

The problem with this approach is that, when we believe us good, we think that we do not need to change; but according to Psalms 14:3, 53:3, and Romans 3:12 this is a lie, because there is nobody good or that does the good.

When we think that we are good, we don’t see the need to depend on God to live a life that pleases Him; we think that is enough what we do for our own, and we do not need God to transform our lives.
