Just God

“Can any of the worthless foreign gods send us rain? Does it fall from the sky by itself? No, you are the one, O Lord our God! Only you can do such things. So we will wait for you to help us.

Jeremiah 14:22 NLT

No one out God can turn our “brusqueness” to “greenness”, no one can take away the bitterness of the life —just God—; and no one can take away my negativity —just God—; no one can change my mourning into dancing —just God—

In drought time we learn to trust in God, knowing that He will always have control of everything: trust does not mean that we’ll understand everything that happens in our lives, means that we can be sure that God will always be there to help us.
