“They had rowed three or four miles when suddenly they saw Jesus walking on the water toward the boat. They were terrified, but he called out to them, “Don’t be afraid. I am here!

John 6:19-20 NLT

It was a wonderful day, witnesses feeding five thousand people with only five loaves and two fish, it had no words; we no longer had fear, now with Jesus were convinced that anything was possible. A few hours later, before the sea whip, we were scared to death.

The storms may begin at any time in our life; it can even come right after God has done a miracle in us. These storms fill us with fear, and often prevent us from recognizing Jesus when He comes over to help.

Jesus does not want us to fear when He comes to us; He wants us to trust Him, and we know that He will accompany us until the safe harbor.
