In these violent times we live in, there are two areas of life that are heavily attacked by anxiety, hopelessness, helplessness, and even anger; these areas are our heart and our mind, or put it another way, our emotions and our thoughts.
The attack to our emotions produces that we live worry about everything, and therefore depressed and discourage; in the meantime, when our mind is onslaught, the negativity and despair take hold of our being.
But God doesn’t want that we live worry, what God wants is that we replace the concern in our lives with prayer, dependence on Him and gratitude.
Have you presented your problem before God in prayer? Have you told God what you need? Have you thanked God for everything He has done in your life?
By doing these three things in our life we can experience peace in the midst of the most adverse circumstances, peace that only God can give, and it protects our heart and mind.
