Are you a good leader or a great leader?

“And the king granted these requests, because the gracious hand of God was on me.

Nehemiah 2:8 NLT

A good leader plans, a good leader foresees obstacles, a good leader seeks resources, and a good leader implements its plans.

But the great leader, goes further, and recognizes that its success is not due to how much he tries, or because he has many skills, or because he is very charismatic.

A great leader humbly acknowledges that the reason for his success is due to the good hand of God helps him, and prospers him in everything he does.

Do not settle for being good leaders, but for being great leaders.

  1. Amen, great blog post. I started reading the post and found myself nodding along and when I got to the end, all I can say is amen.

    Thanks for posting this.

    • Thanks Brandon,
Every day we face the challenge to be great leaders; the good news is that God has promised going ahead us, we are not alone in this way.
      Shalom
