Rain in the drought

“Ask the Lord for rain in the spring, for he makes the storm clouds. And he will send showers of rain so every field becomes a lush pasture.

Zechariah 10:1 NLT

Have you asked God for something that seems impossible to happen? We have a God who specializes in the impossible!

God challenges His people to ask Him rain in time of drought; likewise, this challenge can be done for us, if we are going through a dry period in our lives.

Is possible that I find me on a curtness, and do not glimpse any iota of hope for greening, but God says “ask me”, and I will make this refreshing rain falls, the rain will make you renew, that rain will make you productive again, because for me there is nothing impossible.

The worst thing I can do in times of spiritual drought is grieve, and live in the past; remember old times of “spiritual glory” is wasting my time, is to open an opportunity to the self-pity, and is as it is mentioned in Ecclesiastes, “wanting to catch the wind ”

Let the fresh rain of God upon our lives greening our spirit, so that instead of living in past glories, we enjoy and live the present blessings.
