Want stoning you?

David was now in great danger because all his men were very bitter about losing their sons and daughters, and they began to talk of stoning him. But David found strength in the Lord his God.

Then David asked the Lord, “Should I chase after this band of raiders? Will I catch them?” And the Lord told him, “Yes, go after them. You will surely recover everything that was taken from you!

A leader will always be liable to be blamed when problems arise, independently if have responsibility or not.

The teams bitter, demoralized, sad or frustrated hold responsible leaders for their losses.

These charges can discourage the best of the leaders, and bring him to a state of lethargy, paralysis or resignation of its leadership.

But when the leader puts his trust in God, the discouragement disappears, seek God’s will for know what to do, and acts to resolve the crisis.
