Who defines your lifestyle?

“Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture. Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him and he will do this: He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun.

(Psalms 37:3-6 NTL)

Our model of life should not be the style of living of the people who do not know God. It may seems a glamorous style, attractive, funny, which confuses liberty with licentiousness, but remember that all this is temporary.

As children of God we are called to live our life characterized by:

  1. Fully trust on God,
  2. Dedicate ourselves to do good,
  3. Staying faithful to God,
  4. Give God all our love,
  5. Putting our life in God’s hands.

When this becomes our life purpose, God will give us what we most desire and He will act in our behalf, and as a result other people will see us as righteous persons.
