Before going to bed…

“Do not sin by letting anger control you. Think about it overnight and remain silent.

(Psalms 4:4 NTL)

It is a good habit by the end of our day to analyze it, think about what we’ve done; give us a time to reflect on our actions during the day.

But we must not only meditate on it, you must take action; one of them is mentioned at the beginning of the verse: “Do not sin”, or maybe we should spend more time in our communion with God through reading his Word and Prayer; perhaps we should restore a broken relationship, asking or granting for forgiveness, or we need to resolve to be more diligent in our work, or improve the management of our resources.

I encourage you to turn off your TV tonight, your phone or your radio a few minutes earlier than usual, and alone to ponder how was your day today, and if applicable, repent and be in peace with God, and make decisions; I do not have the slightest doubt that tomorrow you will be better than today.
